1. Email, phone or send a letter with your choice of accommodation, the dates, and whether you require Car Hire or a Taxi at the airport. We will then confirm price and availabilty, or suggest an alternative.

2. Once we have agreed on your requirements we will hold the selection for two days to enable you to make your flight arrangements and let us know the details.
At this time the booking will be confirmed by Email and a deposit of 25% will become payable.

3. If the booking is more than 4 months in advance we will contact you 2 months before arrival to check the arrangements.

In either case you should contact us at least ten days before the arrival date, with your flight number and times, so that we can finalise your transport arrangements.

The 1 hour Taxi trip costs 60 euro and taxis are allowed to carry a maximum of four passengers. The fare iis payable in euro direct to the driver on arrival at your destination.

4. At Heraklion airport you will be met in the Arrivals hall by your Taxi Driver who will have a sign with your name.

For your rental car you go to the Budget Car Hire desk, situated in the Arrivals hall, with your driving licence and passport and they will have your paperwork. The full amount of the car rental cost is payable at that time by credit card or euro currency.

The taxi driver will take you directly to your accommodation making sure you are settled in.

The Car Hire representative will give you a map and directions to Istron and your accommodation.

If you are arriving during the night, we will tell you where the key is located and arrange to meet the following day to complete your paperwork.

The balance of your holiday accommodation and transport is then payable in euro.
